3. Prohibited Uses

Misrepresent financial transactions to any individual, business, or government entity

Forge receipts for insurance claims, expense reports, or warranty fraud

Deceive employers, financial institutions, tax authorities, or other third parties

Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity

Upload or use logos, trademarks, or intellectual property that you do not own or have explicit permission to use

Any misuse of ReceiptCraft.com for fraudulent or illegal purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination, permanent ban, legal action, and reporting to relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

4. User-Generated Content and Intellectual Property

You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, or generate using ReceiptCraft.com, including but not limited to receipt data, business names, logos, branding elements, and other information.

You represent and warrant that:

You have full legal rights to use any logos, trademarks, trade names, or intellectual property uploaded to or displayed in receipts

All information and content you provide is accurate and lawful

However, by using the Services, you grant ReceiptCraft.com a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display receipts solely for the purposes of:

Displaying template examples to other users (only for receipts you explicitly save as public templates)

4.3 No Verification or Endorsement

5. Data Storage and Receipt Retention

6. User Responsibility and Acknowledgment of Risk

6.2 No Guarantees of Acceptance

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES EVEN IF ReceiptCraft.com HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, ReceiptCraft.com's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICES IS TO STOP USING THEM.

If, notwithstanding the foregoing, ReceiptCraft.com is found liable for any damages, ReceiptCraft.com total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to ReceiptCraft.com in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or €50 (fifty euros), whichever is greater.

10. Eligibility and Account Requirements

11. Subscription Plans, Payments, and Billing

11.2 Payment Terms

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all subscription fees according to the pricing and terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

All fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, etc., depending on your selected plan)

You authorize ReceiptCraft.com to charge your chosen payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)

Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice; changes will not affect your current subscription term

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, including VAT, sales tax, and other local taxes

11.3 Automatic Renewal

SUBSCRIPTIONS WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE END OF EACH SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD (WEEKLY, MONTHLY OR ANNUALLY) UNLESS YOU CANCEL BEFORE THE RENEWAL DATE.

You authorize ReceiptCraft.com to charge your payment method for each renewal period.

11.4 Cancellation

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period

You will retain access to premium features until the end of your paid subscription term

No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods, except as described below

11.5 Refund Policy

Repeated failed payments may result in account termination

12. Service Availability and Modifications

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Lithuania. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.

14.4 No Class Actions
