Free Louis Vuitton Receipt Generator & Template

A luxury-boutique receipt is the printed record of a designer purchase — the item bought, the store and transaction codes, the subtotal and tax, the total, how it was paid, and the care and return terms that a maison prints beneath the sale. This template lays out that boutique format section by section, and you fill it in with your own store, item, and amounts. It is handy for keeping a personal record of a purchase, reproducing a slip that has faded before filing an expense, building a mockup for a boutique's point-of-sale screen, or generating sample data for testing. Every value shown below is an editable example, not a real transaction.

Store header

The receipt opens with the boutique name over its address — for example LV TORONTO BOUTIQUE, 3700 Old Seward Hwy, Anchorage, AK 99503, United States, and a phone line. Replace these with your own store details.

Transaction codes

A paired-column block carries the codes that identify the sale — the store and register, the date and time, and the cashier and customer IDs, such as Store: 34232, Register: 3, Date: 5/10/25, Time: 4:26 PM, Cashier: CU7838, Customer ID: John Doe. Each is yours to set.

Item line

Items print in four columns — item, quantity, price, and amount — with a product-name and salesperson line beneath, for example a H4234 line at 1,045.00 described as BIG.BRWN BAG H.LTHR with a Salesperson: 0734535 (SARAH) reference. Add as many items as the sale needs.

Totals and payment

The totals block stacks the subtotal, tax, and total in USD — Subtotal 1,045.00, Tax 73.15, Total (USD) 1,118.15 — then a cash or card tender with any change. In this example it is cash (US DOLLAR CASH 1,118.15) with a rounding line, but you can switch it to a card instead. Every figure is editable.

Care and return policy

Beneath the sale the maison prints its terms: a product-care note (avoiding oil- or alcohol-based substances such as cosmetics and sanitizers), a thirty-day return window with the original receipt, and rules on refund currency, leased-department returns, and the countries where worldwide returns are excluded. Edit any of this to match your own store policy.

Footer and barcode

The foot of the receipt shows a sold-item count (Sold Item Count 1), a scannable CODE128 barcode, and a Client Copy line. Any of these can be edited or removed.
