Free Rolex Receipt Generator & Template

A watch-retailer receipt is the printed record of a fine-jewelry purchase — the timepiece bought, the customer and salesperson, the subtotal and tax, the total, and the payment. This template lays out that boutique format in a narrow thermal style, and you fill it in with your own store, item, and amounts. It is handy for keeping a personal record of a high-value purchase, reproducing a slip that has faded, building a mockup for a jeweler's point-of-sale screen, or generating sample data for testing. Every value shown below is an editable example, not a real transaction.

Header

The receipt opens with a centered Receipt heading over the space where a store name or logo sits. Replace it with your own boutique name or mark.

Transaction and customer block

A paired-column block carries the codes that identify the sale — a receipt number, a store or invoice reference, the time and date, and a register code such as 43244, 43-2-65435, 10:32PM 05/10/26, S5. Below it a short address-style block names the customer and salesperson: Customer John Doe, From Your Personal Jeweler, Johny Doe. Each field is yours to set.

Item line

Items print in three columns — quantity, item, and amount — with room for a multi-line description under one line, for example 1 × Metal Watch Band, Gold plated Rolex, Oyster Perpetual at 34,805.00. Add as many lines as the sale needs and write the description across several rows.

Policy and signature

A policy block spells out the store's terms — that some special orders may not be returned or canceled and payment cannot be refunded, and that the buyer accepts the seller's terms of service — followed by a Signature line. Edit this to match your own store policy.

Totals and payment

The totals block stacks the subtotal, tax with its rate, and the total — Subtotal $34,805.00, 7% Tax $2,436.35, Total $37,241.35 — then a charge line records how it was paid, such as BB Charge $37,241.35. Every figure and rate is editable.

Footer

The foot of the receipt closes with a centered thank-you line, for example Thank you for shopping with us. Have a nice day! Edit it or remove it to suit your store.
